Refunds

 We do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, in the rare case that a product reaches you damaged or defective from our end, a full refund will be issued once the item is returned and inspected.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order, strictly under the following conditions:

* The product has a size issue, or
* There is any valid concern with the item received.
* To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
* The request must be made within 5 days of receiving the item.
* A proof of purchase must be provided.
* Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
